Wynne Animal Clinic

My foster dog Madonna went to Wynne Animal Rescue Veterinary Clinic on September 25 to be spayed. She was healthy and full of life. By the evening she was dying. We called Wynne and every vet we could, but Wynne only had a vet tech answering the phone. The surgeon lives hours away and there was no backup plan, no emergency coverage, no partner clinic. By the time they said we could bring her in, it was too late. She died in the backseat of my car. I would advise asking what their post-op complication plan is before you trust them with your pet. If they say “there’s a vet tech available to answer the phone” then ask them what happens if a phone call is not enough and your pet needs to be seen. Low cost should never mean subpar care. Complications can occur even with the best of surgeons, but it’s what happened after Madonna developed complications that really matters. She was completely abandoned.

My Sam was so sick we thought maybe someone poisoned Him and Mrs Rhonda told us to take him to Wynn Animal Clinic long story short we did that and they waited right on us and they tested him for Heartworm and sadly it was and it wasn't nothing to be done for him so they gave him a pain shot and he passed away on Father's Day 2025
