My fur baby has been at hubbs for 4 days. When I call to check on her the front desk , they are constantly putting me on hold over and over and over. Up to 30 minutes. This is unacceptable. Believe me,, u have made several thousand dollars off of us already, the least I could get is an update call or answers to questions without being on hold for long periods of time.

took my cat here for a checkup and the staff was nice enough. waited about 20 minutes past our appointment time which was a bit annoying but nothing crazy. i guess it was fine, just not sure id go out of my way to come back.

Dr. English is absolutely the whole package when it comes to the care of furr babies. As a matter of fact, the whole staff has such compassion and care as a whole. They have taken excellent care of my lil ween, Cabbage. I am beyond grateful.
