It has taken me 3 days to leave this review mainly because of the heartbreak I have been going through. I have never left a review before but I had to this time. I want to start by saying thank you to each and every person that works at the Truman Animal Clinic. I took my Elsa in there on June 16th I believe because she had not ate since Friday and I could just tell my baby girl wasn't feeling good. So I take her in Tuesday, the ladies up there acted genuinely concerned. I was never hounded about payment or anything just told they would do everything to find out what's wrong with Elsa. Just some I no you might want to know, my Elsa was a rescue so I never knew her breed or exact age or anything really about her. I loved her anyways. So I got the call Tuesday afternoon they thought they figured out what was wrong. Elsa needed to be spared. Infection in uterus. Sounds about right. Well Tuesday night, she went downhill quick. So first thing the next morning I call, without hesitation the lady says bring her in now. So I load her back up take her to vet drop her off and I head to work. Wasn't very long and Dr Underwood called me explaining what they had found. It was a huge mass. I assume cancer. Due to how fast it grew. It was in her stomach. Wasn't much that could be done. Although I was given the option I didn't want my baby to suffer any longer. So I made the hardest decision I've ever made. When I tell you that the Dr and ladies at that clinic were so amazing to me and my Elsa during the last few hours of her life I mean they were AMAZING!!!! The one nurse explained everything. She showed me the xray and tried her best to comfort me about the decision I made. She even sat in the room with us and lived on my Elsa. I could tell she wasn't there for the money or glory. All the ladies up there were so gracious and understanding. They knew i was hurting and heartbroken. Not once was i rushed to say my good-byes. Not once was i made to feel like just another number. I was comforted, and each one of them ladies made Elsa feel more att ease. I could see it on her face. After it was all said and done, the one nurse, I wish I could remember her name, had wrapped up my baby and put her in the back seat but she did it with respect and love. There will never be a way for me to show this clinic my appreciation for how they went above and beyond during the most difficult hours of my life and the last few hours of Elsa's. I can honestly say, I will never take another animal anywhere but here. Thank you to all of the Trumanm Animal Climic staff. My heart is less heavy because of everyone in that clinic. To me that's what matters the most!!! Your crazy if you trust your fur baby with any other vet.

We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Underwood and her amazing staff at TAC. Everyone was so friendly, compassionate, and truly caring from the moment we walked in. They listened carefully to all of our concerns, answered every question we had, and never once made us feel rushed during our appointment. The level of care and compassion they showed Gizmo meant so much to our family. It’s very clear that they genuinely care about animals and the people who love them. We were especially touched that they even called over the weekend to check in on Giz. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet who truly goes above and beyond. We will definitely continue using them for all our pets needs!

We were visiting from out of town and they got us in the same day. Our baby is feeling better and back to her sassy self today. The vet took time to assess our fur baby and explain everything to us. Everyone at the clinic was friendly. If we lived in the area we would use this clinic. Thank you for getting us in so fast and helping our girl. Also the prices wasn't bad, much lower than we expected.

I went in with a jumble of problems and a low budget of 250$ and they fixed me with solutions and advice and information in the best way they could according to budget staff was very nice and they look for the cause of the problem and not just fix symptoms I recommend this vet to family members and others
