honestly i was a little nervous bringing my dog in for the first time but they were super patient with him. he's a rescue and can be skittish around new people but the vet just sat down on the floor and let him come to her. she took her time explaining everything to me which i really appreciated cause im not the best with medical stuff. my dog actually wagged his tail when we left which doesnt happen much at the vet. the prices felt fair too no surprise charges or anything like that. definitely found our new vet for good. will be back for sure.
