this is the best vet place i have ever been to. they saved the life of my partner’s dog Lydia. the other vet that charged us $500 just to figure out what was wrong, wanted over $1,000 for the important surgery she needed. dr. moon did it for $200. she’s healing so well, she’s happy again. i can’t even put into words the thankfulness i have towards dr. moon and his amazing and kind staff. i will be bringing all of my animals here forever most likely. i live an hour away and my partner’s dog lives 2 and a half hours away, and it’s so worth it. dr moon is so knowledgeable and down to earth, he just wants animals to be okay, and it’s the most refreshing thing. he works with you. every vet i’ve ever been to should hope to be more like dr. moon and his wonderful staff. thank you all so much.

My Daughter took her husky in. It was an emergency situation she was dehydrated and had a blockage which needed immediate attention. They did X-rays and blood work. They removed the blockage. Stitched her up and sent her home immediately afterwards. She was told she would be fine. They gave her antibiotics and sent her home. Still completely out from anesthesia. They were in a big hurry to leave for the day. She was trembling and breathing heavily all the way home. When she was coming out of anesthesia she was screaming in pain and when she moved any at all she would pass out. They gave her NO pain meds or anything to help her. She screamed for over 30 minutes and when she tried to move once more she passed away in pain and great suffering. This was my Daughter's emotional support animal. Her baby, her best friend. Please do not take any animal to them. We've been trying to call them for days now and can not get an answer. If they knew it was more serious or that they messed up they should have said something and at least helped her pass peacefully. But no my Daughters had to go through even more trama of watching her suffer until her last breath

They didn’t properly monitor the animal (dog) after major surgery! Multiple vets have said they said the dog should have been monitored up to at least 72 hours after surgery and was in a rush to send home 😡
