Very friendly staff, we came as a walk in and were seen immediately. Dr Smith was great with Hank! This is the second time I have used this clinic and I am very satisfied with the care and compassion the Dr and staff has shown our dogs.

The staff at Newport Animal Clinic need to work on their manners. In the service industry, you’re meant to be polite. I looked up and smiled at each of the 3 medical professionals that entered the room at our appointment- including Dr. Nhianh Pasierb. Not a single one even looked at me. Let alone say, “Hi, how are you doing?” Is there a policy of being rude to customers at the Newport Animal Clinic? Because every staff member seemed to be operating rudely.
