Fantastic Office! Super friendly, organized and attentive. My dogs always get the best service and the staff pays close attention to them when they're boarded. Found our forever Vet!

They helped me prepare my grumpy old dog for an international trip, got the paperwork done well, vaccines, chips and all the tedium that goes with it. Great communication and super friendly, would recommend them to anyone.

I guess I'm done taking my dogs here. After about a years worth of visits I trusted them with my older dog then trusted them enough to neuter my new pup. On drop off the lady who took him was rude and not really compassionate that an anxious puppy was just that, anxious, she handled him a little more rough than I liked taking him back. That should've been the red flag that made me stop everything and take him elsewhere. Also, what they quoted me vs. what I was charged were $100 different. I asked how much is it get get him neutered at his 8 week appointment and was told "around $200 max" I was charged $312. Upon checking out I was t provided with any after care instructions or anything, it felt very much like a business transaction, not a healthcare visit. Any good vet would also have informed me of the voucher program, it's clear that they care more about money than anything else so that trust is gone as am I, we'll be going somewhere else moving forward.
