So glad to have such a caring vet staff close to home. I've taken many animals to them over the years for both emergencies and just regular check ups.

Just called there to ask about boarding as a family member mentioned she met the vet and he was super nice. Was thinking about moving our 8 dogs (between our entire families) to this clinic. We were wondering how much boarding was as our ENTIRE family likes to travel twice a year. I believe it was a lady named (Crystal?) Who answered. When I asked how much boarding was she was hesitant to answer. Then asked when I needed the dogs boarded. I said "oh, we're just thinking in the future some time." "$20 for the first dog," she says. I said, "oh okay, so you give discounts for others dogs? How much is that?" She now seemed annoyed by my question. And ask, "how many dogs do you have?" I was like, "between our families we have 8 dogs." She was like, "oh No no, we don't have room for 8 dogs." I said, "Okay." My daughter wanted to know how much for her and her boyfriends 3 dogs would be, for when they travel. So I asked. The lady got so rude and so upset with me for asking and starting making huffing noises to me and was dancing around answering me. Then she harshly says, "WE DONT HAVE ROOM FOR CHRISTMAS!" (I never even mentioned Christmas- in fact they are thinking of taking a trip in Feb/march) I told her, "nevermind, we won't be using you." If this is a ONE EMPLOYEE issue, then someone needs to re-train her on customer service, cause this office just lost 8 new potential clients.

Well he took his time to explain everything that is was going with the dog,they were really nice but I told him about a itching on the dog ,my wife call about a week ago and couple more times and they say he be calling me,the itching is extremely bad right now and I don't get any answers,I think is freaking disrespectful don't get any calls in a week and a half,I mean for me someone that knows what is going on and don't call is because he doesn't give a damn.

Im particularly grateful for this clinic. Always there when you need them. Saved my cat twice due to bladder blockage. Even answered a call at 10 pm on a Friday night when my dog was bitten by a snake. Told me what to do and guaranteed he'd be fine. And it worked and he was. Thank you
