UPDATE: a lot of the good staff came to know and love over the YEARS all are GONE. Today was horrible experience worsened by untrained tech that clearly doesn’t read a dogs chart. She approached her when I wasn’t ready in her face w no muzzle. I was trying to get there and she snipped at her. Whelp I guess this tech wanted the day off because she jumped up acted like she got attacked and was literally trying to make her finger bleed 😮 squeezing no skin broke at all but when I asked why she wanted to keep squeezing she ran down the hall like she was dying. Unprofessional the two today. To scold me that I’m irresponsible??? Good luck Dr Hill your staff and service is NOT the same! I’ll never go back. SECOND TIME This same tech has been unprofessional making rude derogatory comments towards me and my poor dog that has been through allot. READ Their charts folks. Goodness

I just moved to Clinton two years ago… I have spent more than $2000 at Van Buren Vet clinic during that time. I rescued a pup from the pound and he was very sick this morning. I called to see if they could work me in told them I didn’t know if he would make it through the night And they said they had just started charging $125 work in fee and it would not be until tomorrow. My puppy was in pain and they told me to find another vet! I was very very disappointed as I had trusted them with my fur babies and paid good money to do so! I took him to Damascus as they said, and got him on the road to recovery!
