We have been to this clinic multiple times. For both dogs and our cattle. First time was about six years ago with Dr. Green and he was amazing with our dog who had been diagnosed with Addison’s disease. Price has never been the issue. However, earlier this year, we brought four or five of our cattle in to be tested, vaccinated, and pregchecked. At the end of the appointment, we were told that they will just bill us because they do not have the bill ready for us so we left and went on with our business. It was not until I received a final notice for payment in the mail that I even knew that the bill had been sent. I immediately called them the next day and gave them the card information and thought it was paid. Little did I know today I would be receiving a legal notice from a Local law firm that they had threatened to take us to court for not paying the $192 balance that we had with them. I never received one phone call from this veterinary office saying that the payment did not go through, or that they still needed payment. I verified On my phone that I had not received any calls from them in the last year. I even saw in May where I called them to pay. Customer service at the front desk has always been an issue with This office. They are not friendly and they never have been. But I was willing to overlook it. But sending a repeat Customer to a collections law firm without even calling them first is unreal. Never again will they get my business and I don’t recommend you give them yours if this is how they treat their customers. This is highly upsetting. I did just call as soon as I got that notice and asked for them to take my money yet again, but this time send me a receipt. Yet again, no apologies or anything.

weve been coming here for a few years now and they’ve always been good with our dogs. the vets are pretty straightforward about what’s needed and what’s not, which i appreciate. they dont try to upsell you on a bunch of extra stuff every time you walk in. only thing is the wait can be really hit or miss sometimes last time we were there it took like 45 min past our appointment time just to get seen. parking lot is tiny too it can be a pain if youre there during a busy time. overall they take good care of the animals so its worth the hassle now and then. theyre closed on wednesdays which caught me off guard one time but thats fine just plan ahead.

The vets are great and the staff are so friendly. Always get the best care. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They are the best.
